Sept 25 2007: Simpliciti Announces New release of IE lock

The success of IE lock in the marketplace and with the input of some of our larger customers, Simpliciti IElock now makes centralization of the site restriction list even easier. The updates to IE lock now include hourly checks to the central server for updates to the allowed site list as well as an instant check updates now option on the menu. The new changes make testing and setup even easier for our customers using a centralized restriction list.

May 2007: Simpliciti Announces Tasklock

Simpliciti is pleased to announce the availability of our new server based browser product "Tasklock". Simpliciti TaskLock provides complete PC lockdown simply by navigating to a Tasklock workspace via a link on a web page. The PC /user is then locked down to only the desired web page(s), until released. No other applications can be accessed or browsing can occur on the PC until the release or exit of the workspace occurs. This creates an ideal environment for PC's to be used in student or employee testing or training environments.
